How to use your (shipped)
"Keses" Halloumi Cheese
A. Put it immediately in the refrigerator
(0-3 Celsius).
B. After 6-12 hours open the package.
C. Decide how much you will use. Freeze or refrigerate the portion you are not planning to use soon.
D. With water rinse the portion you will cook/eat (this way you reduce the brine and part of the salt the Halloumi contains as preservatives).
E. Slice the Halloumi in at least 1/4 inch thick slices... Grill it, fry it, cube it... Enjoy it!
