How to use your (shipped)
"Keses" Halloumi Cheese

Put it immediately in the refrigerator (0-3 Celsius). |

After 6-12 hours open the package. |

Decide how much you will use. Freeze or refrigerate the portion you are not planning to use soon. |

With water rinse the portion you will cook/eat (this way you reduce the brine and part of the salt the Halloumi contains as preservatives). |

E. |
Slice the Halloumi in at least 1/4 inch thick slices... Grill it, fry it, cube it... Enjoy it! |
