"Recently someone was giving out samples of grilled halloumi cheese at a local grocery store, Hiller's. Naturally, I tried some and it quickly became my new favorite cheese. I've tried it a number of different ways now, but my favorite is grilled over a green salad with a simple oil and vinegar dressing. Although, it's hard to say, I've liked it every way I've tried it! I just wanted to say thanks for bringing a taste of your world into mine."
